This orange wine is surprising, its blend of French grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc) make it a very greedy wine. This wine is full-bodied with earthy notes and a long finish.

    Wine pairings!

Squeezed carrots with cardamom, bitter orange sorbet

  • Operating temperature: 14°C
  • Service: To be enjoyed as soon as it opens. To be kept lying down and away from the light. If the wine is slightly sparkling, it should be aired. 2 solutions for this: wait a few minutes after serving the first glass or decant.

The Princic winery is located in Oslavia, on the eastern side of Friuli, a few steps from the Slovenian border.
Its founder, Dario Princic, has been cultivating the vines since 1988 using the same methods: manual harvesting, no use of pesticides, cow and horse manure as fertilizers, sulphur and copper for plant treatments.
In 1993, he decided to experiment with longer macerations for some of his wines before vinifying them all in this way.
The estate now covers ten hectares with south-western exposure on clay-limestone soils.
