PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Rates

The prices on the website's product listings are TTC prices in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the items.
My natural wine reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price in the basket on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.
Shipping costs, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of customers and will be calculated according to the delivery destination.


Payment terms

The payment of purchases is made through one of the following means, at the customer's convenience:
- by credit card
- by transfer (the shipment will be made after receiving the funds in the bank account of my natural wine).


Circumstances beyond our control

My natural wine cannot be held responsible for the losses, damages, errors or failure to deliver a shipment as long as it is established the existence of circumstances beyond our control:
- incidental or force majeure cases, including: earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, wars, road, train and aircraft accidents, embargoes,
- any defects or peculiarities related to the nature of the shipment even though it would have been known to us at the time of our acceptance,
- any act, deficiency or negligence of any third party.


Indirect damage

In the event of non-compliance with our commitments and whatever the cause, my natural wine will only be required to reimburse the delivery service under the above reservations (Delay of Delivery) and under no circumstances the indirect damage that the customer would come to invoke. Indirect damages and losses include any loss of income, profits, interest or contracts and any loss related to the inability to use all or part of the shipment.


Break during shipping

If a package arrives at the damaged recipient(breaks), the recipient must refuse the package.
Upon receipt of this information, my natural wine undertakes to immediately re-mail to the recipient an identical or equivalent package depending on the availability of the stock of the products ordered. Under no circumstances will the customer be able to demand a refund of the product and the delivery package.


Withdrawal time: exchange or return

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, Customers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to my natural wine for exchange or refund without penalty.


Terms of exchange and return for refund

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify his decision by e-mail or letter on free paper, and send it by simple letter to: MON VIN NATURE - Customer Service - 16 rue de Pologne 68170 Rixheim, or by email to contact@monvinnature.com. Returned items must be intact, und opening and in perfect condition. They will have to be sent back to a state that allows them to be re-marketed.
The Customer will have to make his return via chronopost.
The customer will have to keep proof of the deposit of the parcel with the supplier responsible for the return. In the absence of this evidence, no exchange or refund can be made in the event of the loss of the parcel.


Responsibility

The liability of my natural wine cannot be incurred in case of non-performance of the contract, in case of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure and, in particular in the case of a total or partial strike, flood, fire or other natural disasters and in general any events that do not allow the proper execution of the order.


Shipping costs

My natural wine ships to all destinations "Europe zone" by the carrier Chonopost or by carrier only if the order exceeds 24 bottles.
Consult us for shipments to the DOM-TOM.

Relay point delivery: with the Chronopost relay network

BEWARE PARCELS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 7 DAYS ON SATURDAY-SUNDAY INCLUDING ON THE RELAY POINT.
In case of return if the package has not been recovered. Your order may be refunded minus the shipping and return costs.

In case of return if the parcel could not be delivered (wrong address at the time of order, no receipt of the parcel, ...), your order may be refunded less the shipping costs and return costs.

The standard shipping and packaging charges are available for mainland France for orders over 320 euros. The shipment in Franco will not be able to be sent to a relay point (unless the order is less than or equal to 12 bottles).
