This estate, located in Alsace, has several plots of land spread over a dozen predominantly limestone terroirs, the main ones being in the communes of Pfaffenheim, Rouffach and Eguisheim. In biodynamic farming since 1970, Jean-Pierre and Chantal Frick as well as their son Thomas make it a point of honour to produce authentic, healthy and lively wines. For them, each wine expresses the initial balance of the terroir, the vintage and the care given to the vine. This is why, since 1999, they have been making a selection of cuvée with no added sulphite.
